We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Sales Support / Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be the primary contact for clients post-sale, managing customer service and account management. The ideal candidate will streamline order processing, handle logistics efficiently,
and facilitate effective communication both internally with the sales and marketing teams and externally with our clients. Some graphic design capability is a plus, as you will assist in the creation of marketing materials to enhance sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage customer accounts, including overseeing order processing and logistics coordination.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Assist in the development and production of marketing materials, using graphic design skills when necessary.
- Analyze sales and account performance to proactively address any challenges or opportunities.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as needed, contributing to overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, account management, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in order processing and logistics management.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
