The office is located in the Centro Comercial Monterrey in El Poblado.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ad Creation: Design engaging advertisements for our internet, CRM, and software products.
2. Video Editing: Produce video content to be used across various marketing campaigns and platforms.
3. Social Media Content:
Develop creative and visually appealing social media posts to promote our offerings on various platforms.
4. Graphic Design: Create stunning visuals using Canva and Adobe Photoshop that align with our brand identity.
5. Website Design & Maintenance: Edit and enhance our company websites, ensuring they are visually compelling and user-friendly.
6. CRM Design Management: Oversee and manage the design and visual structure of our CRM, improving functionality and aesthetics.
7. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and web development teams to execute projects efficiently and align on brand messaging.
Bonus Skills:
1. Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
2. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices for websites and ads.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have B2 (or ideally, C1) English. The people you communicate with are in Canada and America!
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.
3. Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
5. Excellent eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.
6. Experience managing website design and structure, including user experience (UX).
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Competitive starting salary of 4,200,000 COP per month.
