We are a technology company working to transform credit and banking in Latin America starting with point of sale finance. We aim to build fair, simple and affordable financial services that empower our clients, treating them with dignity, and building financial freedom. We launched in February 2019 and have already served millions of clients and disbursed millions of dollars.

Mission
The Sr. RevOps Analyst collaborates closely with our Sales engine to achieve revenue growth objectives. His/her mission revolves around using data and insights to drive strategic decisions, improve processes, and enhance overall performance. In addition, this role is responsible for sales forecasting, sales budgeting, performance tracking, market sizing, and deep analytics.
What you will do
- Data Analysis: Extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data using tools like SQL, Databricks, or specialized analytics platforms.
- Reporting:
Creating dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and trends. Own accuracy and delivery of KPIs. Looker or Databricks.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, lending, and finance teams to align growth strategies.
- Hypothesis Testing: Formulating hypotheses and rigorously testing them using statistical methods.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on analytics techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Communication: Translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for the sales leaders and other stakeholders.
- Influence the direction of the Sales team: Unlocking insights and untapped opportunities through data analysis.
- Build trust: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in business analysis.
