We are actively seeking a IT Support Analyst – Editorial Support to join our dynamic team!

As a IT Support Analyst – Editorial Support, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to all Publishing and Content Distribution products, plus other tools used by the Editorial Team.





The IT Support Analyst is responsible for addressing support issues reported by the publishing community and must have strong analytical skills to triage and determine issues with the system and users. The IT Support Analyst also serves as an administrator of the CMS System, Brightspot Express, for the Editorial Team, and will be responsible for creating and managing user accounts, identifying bugs/problems with the application, and helping to test new features. Other responsibilities include creating incident tickets for reported problems and in some cases managing the solution. Creation, assignment, and administration of the fault ticket, development of maintenance communication, and new features to the user community. Identifying new technologies and support tools to improve operations.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

1. Support the ongoing day-to-day operations of publishing and distribution services including CMS infrastructure and digital content delivery, as well as monitoring, reporting, and resolution of all problems.
2. Provide technical support to technical and non-technical teams.
3.





Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure proper integration and compliance of the publishing and distribution systems. Troubleshoot, create tickets, and follow up with developers and vendors to ensure any issues are resolved.
4. Ensure that all implementations are in line with the company’s policies and that appropriate care is taken to ensure the security and reliability of the publishing and distribution systems.
5. Provide support to special events projects as needed.

YOU HAVE: (Qualifications, Required Skills & Experience)

1. 2 years' experience with Brightspot Express or equivalent (major CMS).
2. 3-5 years' experience on IT support and in other publishing operation environments.
3. 3-4 years' experience with Cloud-based SaaS services.
4. Experience in content delivery environments.
5.





Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Experience using video conferencing for remote support.
7. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technological departments and customers.
8. Have an understanding of engineering software development and necessary support.
9. Proficient in written and spoken English.

DESIRED (Qualifications, Skills & Experience)

1. Experience in IT systems administration, media experience, familiarity with digital media, and content distribution methods.
