The Role :
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Energy AI and Data industry ("BF Team"), you will be key in identifying solutions that leverage data-driven insights and AI.
This will lead to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations and technological solutions, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, data analytics, and process automation.
- Identify opportunities for AI and process automation within the energy sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt AI-enabled solutions.
- Monitor and optimize implemented solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Elicit and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
- Create user manuals and training materials for new systems and processes
- Leads process modeling and translates requirements into Stories
- Conducts user need analyses to establish requirements
- Offers advice on process improvements and technical solutions
- Coordinates and monitors projects
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical outsourcing or software development environment.
- Familiarity with energy industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- High-level understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics capabilities.
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
