A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for quality visual design and beautiful digital experiences, who also likes to participate in the creation of concepts in collaboration with creative teams.
Qualifications What you’ll do: You will provide strategic guidance in both digital and print domains and create and optimize design execution processes for different client environments to ensure optimal delivery. Work closely with the Creative Director on strategic goals, delivering innovative and engaging creative solutions, with an emphasis on digital retouching, while leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- Highly skilled in InDesign and Photoshop production across print and digital.
- Proficiency in additional design tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.
- Thorough understanding of print production processes, including preparing files and overseeing print runs.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and be meticulous with their work.
- Extensive experience in layout and final file delivery specifications for both print and digital media (social media pieces, landing pages, email design).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, Figma.
- Ability to conceptualize and create innovative designs and enhanced imagery across various media platforms, with an understanding of emerging trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, manage, and identify growth opportunities for a team focused on digital retouching.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment,
manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within a team and promoting a positive, productive working environment.
