You are a visual experience design specialist. You have a mastery of graphic design principles as well as a focus on bringing amazing digital user experiences to fruition. You team up with Strategy, UX, and Copy to collaborate on user experiences – all with an eye on mobile-first best practices.
Responsibilities
- Determine initial design concepts to final sign-off, involved in all phases of design development with a strong focus on execution.
- Work on several projects at a time under the direction of a design lead.
- Work on a range of deliverables across the full suite of 360º digital marketing tactics including Websites, Landing Pages, and Social.
- Strong understanding of Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Responsible for asset creation, production, photo retouching and enhancements.
- Actively participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions.
- Partner with team members to ensure projects meet objectives.
- Present work to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio School.
- 4-6 years design experience, preferably in a digital agency.
- Exceptional portfolio that includes digital design systems and conceptual thinking.
- Expert command of standard design and layout applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience concepting and creating social campaigns.
