Company Description The Creative Director, GlobalTalent Brand role is an exciting opportunity to lead thedevelopment and management of enterprise Employment Brandinitiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities thatposition Sutherland as an employer of choice and distinguish us inthe market.

The person in this role will lead a team of graphicdesigners and content creators to craft the voice of SutherlandTalent Acquisition across multiple candidate engagement channels,including social media, and liaison between the different regionalTalent Attraction teams.







This position is focused on continuouslyimproving our presence in the talent market and coordinating ouremployer brand strategy initiatives with our Talent Attractionleaders for each geography.

Job Description 1. Online Marketing - Design and executeglobal strategy for social channels (brand guidelines, content,posting).

- Monitor and review content metrics, engagement, reach,etc. - Monitor and review advertising model,





budget, talentattraction metrics (CPA / CPH, applicants, CTR) in partnership withthe Digital Marketing Lead.
- Focus on Talent Acquisition goals : candidate engagement, candidate attraction, talent sourcing andeffectiveness. 2. Offline Marketing : - Create and monitor brandstrategy for outdoors advertising.

Who, what, where, how. - Focuson Talent Acquisition goals : candidate engagement, candidateattraction, talent sourcing and effectiveness.

3. Content Strategy- Set the global content strategy focused on brand awareness,talent engagement and talent attraction.

Articulate with regionalTalent Acquisition teams for execution. - Lead periodic contentreviews for job ads, job descriptions and all regional content.

- Coordinate photoshoots and video.





Mentor regional designers. Createspecial ad campaigns. Monitor usage and adoption of content apps.
- Contribute to the brand strategy for social media channels(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and review channels(Indeed, Glassdoor).
- Contribute to the strategy and management ofour Career Site and related applications and channels.Qualifications - Strong written and oral English communicationskills.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing,graphic design. - Experience in employer branding, brand marketing,reputation management.
- Background in TalentAcquisition / Recruiting operations. A thorough understanding ofsourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs,





and a clear vision of howto measure performance and success with a focus on high-volume andspecialty recruiting.
- Experience in developing and implementingcontent and talent attraction strategies in fast-paced,high-velocity recruiting organizations.
- The ability to rise to achallenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regardingobstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome thoseobstacles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills; the ability to build solid relationships witha wide range of personalities and skill levels.
- A demonstratedmastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experienceimprovement.
