You’ll be working on cutting-edge healthcaresolutions, utilizing the latest Rails technologies like Stimulus,Turbo, and Hotwire, while also ensuring our systems comply with thelatest FHIR R4 standards.

Design, develop, and maintainscalable, high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails 2.Implement front-end features using Stimulus, Turbo, and Hotwire 3.
Ensure the integration and compliance of healthcare IT solutionswith FHIR R4 standards 4. Optimize applications for maximum speedand scalability 5.
Ensure high-quality code through automatedtesting and code reviews 6. Stay updated on emerging trends andtechnologies in both healthcare, software and AI developmentPreferred Qualifications : 1.
Experience in healthcare softwaredevelopment, especially working with Electronic Health Records(EHRs) and integrations (Knowledge of FHIR standard a big plus) 2.
Experience with secure data handling in compliance with HIPAA andother healthcare regulations 3.
Familiarity with Docker 4.
