The Senior UI / UX Designer willbe responsible for optimizing and refining NDA, Home DecoreCommerce website, ensuring consistency in brand identity acrossall digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strongexperience in creating impactful user interfaces and experiences,specifically in luxury goods or jewelry.
This is a crucial role inenhancing user experience and driving conversions for the brand.Responsibilities : - Design compelling, high-converting landingpages that align with Karma and Luck’s aesthetics and businessgoals.
- Lead partial redesigns of key website pages,
includingimplementing a new filtering system, improving category displays,optimizing product titles, and enhancing add-to-cart functionality.
- Ensure all designs are mobile-first, providing seamlessexperiences across devices. - Create seasonal gift guides andholiday landing pages that drive engagement during peak shoppingseasons.
- Review and recommend improvements for button styles,typography, banners, and page layouts, ensuring designs adhere tothe "golden ratio" principle.
- Collaborate with the conversionrate optimization (CRO) team and use data insights to inform designdecisions that drive performance and conversions.
- Work closelywith product, development, and marketing teams to ensure designsalign with business goals and user expectations.
- IncorporateSEO-friendly design techniques to enhance page rankings, improveload times, and optimize overall performance.
- Leverage tools likeheatmaps, Google Analytics, and split testing platforms to gatherinsights and refine designs.
- Introduce subtle motion effects andinteractive elements to enhance the user experience.
- Conductvisual quality assurance checks to ensure the final product alignswith design expectations. Work closely with developers to ensureprecise implementation.
- Develop and maintain design standards andprocesses in collaboration with branding and marketing teams. - UseMonday.com to manage design projects and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements : - 5+ years of experience in UI / UX design, with astrong portfolio in eCommerce, preferably within the jewelry orluxury goods sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,Sketch, or similar design tools. Familiarity with web developmentprocesses.
- A keen eye for typography, color theory, and layoutprinciples.
- Ability to generate fresh design ideas while adheringto brand guidelines.
- Strong communication skills forcollaborating with cross-functional teams. - Experience usingproject management tools like Monday.
