You will be introduced, coached, and trainedin multiple tools used for finding relevant candidates in differentsources such as databases, social media, and job boards, acquiringthe skills to apply search filters on all of these platforms tofind hyper-targeted candidates.

WhatYou Will Do : - Get to know in-depth our entire Talent Acquisitionprocess : from our current talent sources, our Talent Acquisitionstrategy, and how the candidate attraction process works to howthese candidates are processed and vetted.







- Learn how to findhighly-qualified candidates from multiple sources, such as jobboards, candidates databases, and social media.
- Get anintroduction to the best tools available not only to find qualifiedcandidates but also those great candidates with a high probabilityof applying to openings.
- Take your first steps in direction of ahighly-effective source role, capable of discovering new top talentprofiles that fit our client demands.
- Reach out to candidates notnecessarily looking for a job on LinkedIn and by email. - Processcandidates’ applications for openings from different areas withinthe company.
- Participate in a multitude of different projectswith different managers across the company. - Students or recentlygraduated of Humanities.
- Good analytical abilities,





someone whois quick to learn. - A good improviser! Someone with excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.
- Good academic grades willbe a plus. - Advanced English level. Desirable (but notessential!) : - 1+ years of previous work experience.
