- Provides leadership for thoseinvolved in the development, design and optimization of one or moreinformation technology and systems functions supporting companybusiness processes and technical information systems platforms.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to deployment ofcapabilities to monitor, govern, protect, detect,





and respond tocyber threats for the manufacturing network and devices along witha robust Business Continuity (Disaster recovery) strategy.
- Provides oversight and leadership to the project team, ensuringthat they are on track to meet their goals and objectives,fostering a culture of collaboration, and accountability.
- Schedule Management : Develop project schedules, monitor projecttimelines, identify potential delays, and implement strategies tokeep projects on schedule.
- Budget Oversight : Develop and manageproject budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure budget compliance& cost-effectiveness in implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks / issues andvulnerabilities in cybersecurity and infrastructure projects anddevelop strategies with cross-functional teams to mitigate theserisks / issues.
- Communication : Communicates project status, risks,and issues to executive management and stakeholders on anagreed-upon cadence basis.
- Implementation Oversight :





Supervisethe implementation of cybersecurity solutions and deliver programKPIs by ensuring program delivery alignment with strategicenterprise objectives.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate projectdocumentation, including project plans, progress reports, andpost-implementation reviews.
- Continuous Improvement : Conductsregular quality reviews, lessons learned of the project to identifyareas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actionsas needed.
- Usually requires subject matter knowledge of usergroup for practical application of system characteristics. -Ensures that the project adheres to industry standards, regulatoryrequirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Implements andensures adherence to best practices for portfolio, program andproject management.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includethe following but other duties may be assigned.

Program Governanceand Execution : - Provide leadership for the program team. Isaccountable for overall program governance, process, performance,and customer satisfaction.

- Establish the team and programframework; manage program related contracts & SOWs; collaboratewith IT project managers of other related projects to map &plan; for dependencies and align efforts as needed.
- Engagesclosely with business, internal global IT partners and externalpartners to define project requirements and expectations as well asto analyze program planning for strategic alignment, value, andcomplexity.
- Leader Doer with hands on ability to produce PMdeliverables as needed.





Create & maintain program level PMartifacts including Program Plan (Integrated PM Plan) &Charter.;
- Manage program teams for optimal return-on-investment,coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. - Set clearobjectives, evaluate progress against objectives, and instillperformance-oriented culture with a focus on accountability.

Processes & Standards : - Contributes to and cultivates aquality culture which promotes delivery excellence, development ofbusiness capabilities, process excellence, regulatory compliance,and optimized execution.

Optimize procedures, policies,templates, tools, and identify ways to drive efficiency, reducecosts and add value. - Assures adherence to Global PortfolioOperations processes and Medtronic Delivery Framework (MDF).

Customer Satisfaction :





- Builds trust and rapport, as the primaryprincipal spokesperson with key senior stakeholders and facilitateexecutive level discussions.

Continuously improves stakeholdersatisfaction for the Strategic PMO services. - Works closely withall stakeholders to understand the business point-of-view, identifyexisting processes, customers, and other relevant stakeholders tonegotiate and gain cooperation on divergent objectives.

TalentDevelopment : - Provides direct leadership and support for directreports, with the strategic objective of increasing overall serviceoffering performance and achieving high-quality work productsdelivery on time and on budget.

- Develops talent strategies andacquires, empowers, and retains top talents. - Providesrecognition,





career development training, coaching, and mentoringto direct reports.

MUST HAVE (MinimumQualifications) Education Requirement : - Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : -10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years ofexperience with an advanced degree in program / project management,with a focus on software development and deployment.

7+ years ofleadership experience, including strategic thinking,decision-making, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT CAREER STREAM : Program Managers and Directorsfocus on tactical,





operational activities for a major program withbroad or ongoing impact.

Levels within the program managementcareer stream typically accomplish program objectives throughmatrixed employee teams and / or vendors who are not direct reportsbut for which the incumbent has direct accountability to lead.

Themajority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility,managing program / team performance, communicating project andoperational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directingthe responsibilities of program team members.

Goal achievement istypically accomplished through performance of program team members.DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy :





Manages one or more medium-scale,established programs with generally-defined program plans anddelivery methodologies.

Is accountable for overall program process,performance, and customer satisfaction. Organizational Impact : Participates in establishing program objectives, timelines,milestones, and budgets.

Develops new policies and procedures thataffect program management. Typically has budget accountability forone or more programs.

Program decisions are generally recommendedto higher level management. Innovation and Complexity : Problems andissues faced are difficult and undefined, and require detailedinformation gathering, analysis and investigation to understand theproblem.

Problems typically impact multiple workstreams,departments or specialties. Enhances programs management processesto improve program.

Communication and Influence : Communicates andleads meetings with internal and external customers and vendors,conducts briefings to higher level management team.

Influencesacross functions and businesses while balancing divergentobjectives to gain cooperation of other parties on programobjectives and execution plans.

Leadership and Talent Management : Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team of managers,experienced professionals and / or vendors who exercise latitude andindependence in their assignments.

Establishes daily tasksnecessary for successful program execution. Not directlyresponsible for hire or fire decisions and people management.

Required Knowledge and Experience : Requires broad managementknowledge and experience to lead project teams in one department.

Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specifictechnical or professional discipline with broad understanding ofother areas within the job function.

Requires a Baccalaureatedegree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, adegree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.

F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience,or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
