Your Role The Senior Marketing Graphic Designer is aposition on the marketing team that brings with it a level ofinsight and strategy for project pursuits, working with multiplePrincipals, Firm Leaders, and the Regional Marketing team indeveloping Gensler’s approach to specific clients andopportunities.
This position requires you to write, design, andprepare collateral materials, qualification packages,presentations, and new business proposals with a focus on newacquisitions and community outreach.
Reporting to Office Leadershipand Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is a positive, creativeindividual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Werequest that qualified candidates submit a design portfolio alongwith their resume. What You Will Do - Working with principals,senior staff, and regional marketing team members to design, writeand produce proposals, presentations, award submissions and othermarketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
- Participating in and championing strategy and planning sessions. -Create strong, innovative designs while adhering to brandguidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principles.
- Developing new materials to support business developmentactivities. - Facilitating graphic design support for workshops andstrategy meetings that contribute to the positioning and increasethe visibility of LATAM market.
- Coordinate with thecommunications team activities such as photography sessions, updateGensler communication channels such as website, social media,editorial, etc.
- Understanding and learning Gensler’s portfolio ofwork, practice areas, and firm-wide capabilities. - Manage otherresponsibilities as assigned.
- Be an integrated Marketing Teammember.
Your Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design,Communications or Marketing.
- 15+ years of experience in GraphicDesign or Marketing roles, preferably with a design, architecture,or professional services background.
- Desirable experience withpremium and luxury brands. - A high degree of competency with Adobeprograms, especially InDesign, is a must.
- 100% bilingualEnglish / Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communicationskills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills,including creating effective presentations and marketingcollateral.
- Ability to provide strategic thinking and recognizecompetitive advantage opportunities for Gensler, leveraging theseinto marketing pitches.
- Strong understanding of design principlesand current design trends and technologies. - Highly creativeindividual with experience in communication design.
- Fast learnerand willing to be in constant learning of new abilities. -Experience working directly with senior staff on business-criticalprojects with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skillsto coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Abilityto work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced workenvironment.
