Full-Stack Software Engineer (Medellin, Colombia -Remote Role Possible) About the Role : We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to join ourgrowing team of talented professionals.

Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain robust, scalable, andhigh-performance web applications using PHP and Laravel. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and shipnew features.
- Write well-organized, efficient, and clean codewhile adhering to coding standards and best practices. - UtilizeMySQL for database design, optimization, and maintenance.
- Developdeep expertise in reporting for the business and Google Analytics.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in atimely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends,recommending and implementing improvements to existing systems.Requirements : - 4+ years experience as a Full-Stack SoftwareEngineer with a focus on PHP and Laravel development.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.- Solid understanding of MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Strongknowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, CloudFront,Fargate, RDS, Route53, and Load Balancing. - Experience workingwith a remote team environment and Git best practices - Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication andcollaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in afast-paced, dynamic environment. - Demonstrated commitment tocontinuous learning and professional development.

PreferredQualifications : - Experience with containerization technologiessuch as Docker. - Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automationtools.
