**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with all applicable team members related to priority openings, future staffing initiatives and status of all applicants in process
- Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites and portals ensuring compliance with Wood’s global job advert and employer brand, including social media posts.
- Post jobs according to local government requirement; for example, US jobs posted to diversity locations to ensure EEO compliance
- Take the lead on recruitment process for early careers positions as assigned
- Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours
**Qualifications**
- 1-5 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator preferred
- Experience within the Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) preferred
- Strong attention to detail; proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
- Continuous Learner
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
