Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails to join our team. You’ll be working on cutting-edge healthcare solutions, utilizing the latest Rails technologies like Stimulus, Turbo, and Hotwire, while also ensuring our systems comply with the latest FHIR R4 standards.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails 2. Implement front-end features using Stimulus, Turbo, and Hotwire
3. Ensure the integration and compliance of healthcare IT solutions with FHIR R4 standards 4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability 5. Ensure high-quality code through automated testing and code reviews
6. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in both healthcare, software and AI development Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in healthcare software development, especially working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and integrations (Knowledge of FHIR standard a big plus) 2. Experience with secure data handling in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
3. Familiarity with Docker 4.
