I am a Talent Attraction Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Senior Backend Developer position to join our innovation team and work on a project in the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the discovery of the current ASP.NET system, understanding its functionalities and architecture.
2. Collaborate with design and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Propose and create proper documentation improvements and technological innovations that can be integrated into the new solution.
4. Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements for this challenge:
1. Strong experience in .NET development (ASP.NET, C#).
2. Familiarity with developing in undocumented environments.
3. Knowledge of new backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Kotlin, etc.).
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Previous experience in legacy system modernization projects.
7. Knowledge of agile development practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
8. Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
9. CI/CD experience.
10. Advanced English.

Ability to create POCs/MVPs quickly and effectively.
2. Experience with Kotlin for backend.
