Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Lead Gen, based in Latin America.

Overview:

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our company (SaaS Talent) and exciting SaaS and Tech startups in their journey of growth. This role involves working closely with executives, assisting them in areas crucial to their growth.

Key Qualifications:

1. Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to find targets and contact them through LinkedIn and email.





You know lead generation/how to find leads. You have some sales/SDR experience.
2. Experience working in areas of the company related to operations, HR, finance, payments, etc.
3. Experience in Marketing (doing social media posts, blogs, a little SEO, etc).

Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Lead Generation person in Latin America to be a supportive force to our CEOs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities May Include:

1. Calendar Management
2. Support the CEO in Account Management: primarily regarding nurturing sales leads.
3. Sales Support: Review the CEO’s sales dashboard to identify prospects and support their business development growth.
4. Maintaining Sales Pipeline: Act as a point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries and requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate sales executive.
5. Meeting Support: Assist in following up on action items.





Do post-meeting follow-ups ensuring all pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent to the prospect and modified as needed.
6. Social Media Posts Support
7. Data Management: Keep reports updated.
8. Research: Research specific topics, markets, or competitors to provide relevant information to the CEO.

Qualifications

1. 1-3+ years of executive assistant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
2. MUST be proactive - you don’t wait for orders and can act independently in the best interest of the company.
3. Sales enablement experience - LinkedIn lead generation experience.
4. Mindset: A young and dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to embrace the startup culture.
5.





Speak very good English with a minimum of C1 level and speak English on a regular basis.
6. You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.
7. Are excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.

Minimum Requirements

Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica
3 años de experiencia
Idiomas: Inglés
