Position : Social Media Manager
Salary Range : 1.800 - 2.900 USD / mo
Schedule : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm PST M-F
Location : Remote - Latin America only
Type of contract : Independent Contractor
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager / Marketer with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and other social channels.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both organic social media strategies and paid ad management, with a strong ability to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI across various digital platforms.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of executing social media strategies with measurable growth.
- A growth mindset,
with a passion for continuous learning and adapting strategies.
- Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms.
- Strong proficiency in performance analytics and design tools.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the initiative to innovate and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- 4+ years of experience in social media management and digital advertising, with a proven track record of success in both organic and paid strategies.
- Proficiency in :
- Instagram, Facebook, Linked In social media strategy and content creation.
- Canva, CapCut and other content building software.
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
- Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns)
- Google Tag Manager (Setting up and managing tracking tags)
- Google Analytics (Tracking and interpreting website traffic and ad performance data)
- SEMrush (Competitor analysis, SEO, and keyword research)
- ManyChat (Chatbot creation and management)
- Experience in managing PPC Ads and optimizing for conversion rate and ROI.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising KPIs, A / B testing, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and ad funnels.
- Ability to use data to make informed decisions, improve campaign performance, and optimize budgets.
- Experience with audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Bonus :
- Experience with additional platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and integration with social media campaigns.
