Full-Stack Software Engineer (Medellin, Colombia - Remote Role Possible) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team of talented professionals.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write well-organized, efficient, and clean code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Utilize MySQL for database design, optimization,
and maintenance.
- Develop deep expertise in reporting for the business and Google Analytics.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements to existing systems.
Requirements: - 4+ years experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a focus on PHP and Laravel development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, CloudFront, Fargate, RDS, Route53, and Load Balancing.
- Experience working with a remote team environment and Git best practices - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ideal candidates should bring a proactive attitude to the role: we value individuals who take initiative, anticipate challenges, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Proficiency in React is highly desirable.
