Job Title: Marketing and Content Intern (Remote)

Location: Remote

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Marketing and Content Intern to execute impactful content creation and affiliate network management tasks under the direction of our CEO.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing and Content Intern, you’ll contribute across three impactful areas. You'll create high-quality, engaging content that showcases each venture’s unique value through various formats, such as blog posts and social media updates. You’ll also engage with customers across multiple channels—social media, newsletters, and targeted email campaigns—ensuring our message reaches the right audiences effectively. Additionally, you'll help build and manage an affiliate network, partnering with affiliates to expand our reach and provide them with the support they need to succeed. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore and make a difference across these key areas, all while working closely with and receiving guidance from our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation:





Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media that highlights each venture’s unique value propositions and competitive edge.
- Affiliate Network Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with affiliates, providing them with the marketing assets they need to effectively promote our ventures.
- Content Strategy Support: Work with leadership and business teams to execute content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive lead generation.
- SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines, increasing organic visibility and traffic.
- Content Distribution: Strategically distribute content across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns,





and affiliate networks.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance, refining strategies based on data insights for continuous improvement.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and oversee a content calendar to maintain a consistent publication schedule across various ventures.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new content formats to keep our ventures' content engaging and relevant.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (internship experience counts).
- Skills:
- Proficient writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.






- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Zoho).
- Understanding of social media strategies and content distribution.
- Capable of managing multiple projects across different ventures simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and enhance content performance.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with startups or fast-growing companies.
- Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism,





or a related field is preferred but not essential with relevant experience.
