Shared Service Center
Since 2016, BULA's shared services center has been providing transactional services for the different work units in Latin America, thus allowing greater agility and centralization of tasks, making some of the strategic areas less operational. With a financial emphasis, the shared services center tries every day to provide support to the various areas of the company through services, such as: Record To Report (R2R), Order To Cash (O2C), Procure To Pay (P2P) and Operational Excellence (Opex).
Responsibilities
1.
Analyze operations’ accounts receivables and correctly apply the payments timely received from customers, guaranteeing that the information is updated and facilitating the collection process and the recovery of accounts receivables.
2. Verify deposits made to company’s bank accounts.
3. Timely apply in SAP the payments made by customers, to maintain accounts receivables updated.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding the status of accounts receivables, divided by customer, to facilitate the collection process and identify cases that represent a recovery risk due to excess delays.
5. Release order in SAP, if required, in accordance with credit policies.
6. Responsible for his and his team’s compliance of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality policies.
7.
Responsible for the compliance of organization’s Ethics and Values policy.
8. HESQ Management: Know and comply with the Policy, Safety Principles, guidelines and HESQ standards established by the company, based on the Safe by Choice philosophy, as well as the applicable legal requirements and know and comply with the other requirements defined in the Matrix of HESQ Responsibilities, associated with their position/role.
Profile
Education: Business administrator, finances and similar careers.
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and financial areas.
Bilingual in English is a mandatory requirement.
Additional Information
Basic accounting.
Software knowledge:
Essential: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Desirable: SAP.
