We are looking for a Sales Support Associate with strong experience in inbound and outbound sales to join our team. This role will have a lot of growth opportunities and is compensated through a base compensation + commission.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
2. Be an expert in the experiences featured on Cozymeal in order to sell the right experience to clients.
3.
Follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner both by email and over the phone, in line with company standards for communication.
4. Continuously work to improve the sales process and the offerings on Cozymeal.
5. 4+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience.
6. 4+ years of phone sales experience.
7. Revenue-driven with a track record of exceeding monthly and or quarterly targets.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Efficient time management and ability to work free of distractions in a home office environment.
10. Ability to work for 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday).
11. Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and email.
12. CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zendesk).
13. Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.

or anywhere in the world. This is a fully remote role and qualified candidates from anywhere in the world can apply for this role.
Hours: 40 hours/week at any US Time Zone that works for the candidate.
