Key Responsibilities

Lead Integration Design : Oversee the design and development of MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.

Architecture Development : Develop and maintain integration architecture, APIs, connectors, integration workflows, and design documentation.

Performance Assurance : Ensure the scalability, reliability,





and performance of integration solutions.

Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Documentation : Document integration processes, configurations, and solutions.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, best practices, and industry trends.

Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in integration engineering, focusing on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in integration development using MuleSoft.

Technical Skills :







- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub.
- Proficient in MuleSoft connectors, DataWeave, and RAML.
- Strong experience in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML, JSON, and middleware platforms.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API-led connectivity.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases.

Other Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.






- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Skills :

- Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Certifications in MuleSoft and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
