We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist with expertise in designing user experiences and interfaces for digital products and services, skilled in leading co-creation workshops, and proficient in managing both digital and in-person ideation tools. If you have at least FOUR (4) YEARS of experience and are proficient in:
- User Personas, Customer Personas, Empathy Maps,
Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints.
- Miro or Mural.
- Research techniques in analog environments (interviews, focus groups, on-site observation, Mystery Shopper).
- Research techniques in digital environments (A/B testing, eye tracking, heatmaps).
- Usability tests.
- Information architectures.
- Figma.
- Creation and maintenance of design systems.
