FUNCTIONS
- Solve problems.
- Answer queries.
- Provide product information.
- Process orders.
- Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Management of complaints and claims to improve the quality of service.
REQUIREMENTS
- We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous individuals with a good conversational command of the English language (B2 onwards), who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as possess a high sense of integrity in their personal values.
- Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).
- No experience required.
- It is important for us to have people with sufficient emotional intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement-oriented.
