Job Summary: In this role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist , you will assist in developing and executing social media campaigns, engage with online communities, and monitor analytics for continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with a talented marketing team to elevate the digital presence of our clients while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (PTE EST) Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá/Medellín What You'll Be Doing Assist in developing and executing creative social media marketing campaigns for clients. Monitor and engage with social media communities by responding to comments and messages. Create and curate compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Utilize social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.





Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, industry updates, and best practices. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance clients' social media presence and engagement. Requirements The Skills and Expertise You Bring Strong passion for social media and a solid understanding of various platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms (a plus). Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry.





Portfolio of previous social media work (personal or professional) is highly desirable. Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with video editing platforms. Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree is preferred. Technical Skills: Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social (experience with any of these or similar tools is a plus). Analytics Platforms: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights (familiarity with these tools is beneficial). Design Tools: Canva (required), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar (additional design tools experience is a plus). Video Editing Software:





Any video editing platform of choice (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Content Management Systems (CMS): Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Bonus Skills: Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with social media strategies. Strong data analysis skills for interpreting social media metrics and driving actionable insights. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com for managing tasks and projects. Experience with community management and social media interactions. Strong copywriting and editing skills for creating engaging and persuasive content.





Demonstrated ability to create innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and results. Additional Information: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized, diligent, and capable of working independently. Diplomatic and emotionally intelligent when communicating with potential new clients (PNCs). Ability to guide PNCs through the process of signing engagement letters. Self-motivated and driven to achieve both personal and office goals.
