Implements and configures the software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following best practices. Installation and technical setup of the platform, employees will be at client site or through a remote connection. Delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.
Responsibilities: 1. Run customer workshops to define the detailed product requirements. 2. Work with configuration and customization of the software in an effective manner, within the boundaries of the project plan and the agreed functional requirements to ensure a smooth application and fully implemented functional requirements.

Prepare material and give product related training to end-users and administrators in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the product. 4. Perform installations and technical setups of the platform, onsite at clients or through a remote connection. 5. Pro-actively keep knowledge and skills up-to-date in order to be able to perform an excellent job.
6. Perform administrative tasks on-time and ensure the information given is precise and complete, according to regulations, to keep the administration accurate and precise. 7. Prepare contents and lead sessions for colleagues in order to share knowledge and experiences in own- and other departments. 8. Actively contribute to delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.
9. Be complementary to the success and growth of the individual employees as well as the team. Minimum Requirements: 1. Education Required:
Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Special Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of SQL language is a preference. 2. Experience and a strong interest in software implementation and process management is required.
