Your Responsibilities Independently lead product and platform discovery, delivery, value measurement and ongoing iterative improvement.
Define the metrics to track platform success, including velocity, reliability and performance – both for our platform itself, and for the communications and campaigns sent through the platform. Guide our investment plan for 1st and 3rd party tools in each component of the MarTech stack.
Discover and evangelize new opportunities for Generative AI and machine learning to improve our customer engagement outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of product management experience. 3+ years of experience using industry-leading marketing technology and data pipeline platforms and services on a >10M customer user base. 2+ years of experience driving full product lifecycle including integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
Experience working with engineering on API designs and platform-level requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
