Room4 Media is a creative agency and currently hiring for a fully bilingual Account Manager who will play a pivotal part in the running of this account and help ensure the smooth management of projects through our design studio, working closely with our core teams. What you will do: 1. Works closely with Project Managers, ensuring work is on brief and on track for delivery.
2. Builds client relationships with mid-level clients, mainly Associate Brand Managers, Brand Managers. 3. Keeps up to date with industry news, plus best practices on social platforms. 4. Stays informed and up to date on industry innovations that the clients can learn from and share with the team, as well as leading to potential business opportunities.

Owner of status meetings and stakeholder brand calls. 6. Creative Development Process: Working with the internal team and project manager throughout the creative process, from creative brief through final delivery. 7. Ability to take in client feedback, assess the best way to move forward, and not afraid to make key decisions and recommendations.
8. Able to communicate feedback and steps clearly and succinctly, both internally and externally. 9. Support creative teams, and making recommendations to best communicate the client needs. Production:
1. Work closely with production, creative team and internal project managers throughout the sprint production cycle. 2. Partner with the client throughout the process, guiding and educating where necessary. 3. Ability to understand budgets, what’s realistic and when to be scrappy, in order to bring efficient solutions to the brand.
Project finance & admin: 1. Scope projects, produce estimates and purchase orders and manage billing and reconciliation. 2. Maintain and manage project budgets,
ensuring projects are delivered within scope for assigned brands.
What you need: 1. You should have 5+ years of experience working at an advertising agency or marketing firm. 2. 5+ years of experience working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client queries to taking full and conclusive briefs.
3. 5+ years of experience managing multichannel campaign projects through the creative process, ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and on budget. 4. Thrives in a self-directed environment while recognizing when team collaboration is necessary. 5. Experience as a direct liaison between the brand marketers and the creative team.
6. Able to work collaboratively with all agency departments and the client. 7. Able to communicate feedback clearly and succinctly,
both internally and externally. 8. You must be located in Bogotá, Colombia.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
