We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. The Senior Designer will be the Brand Design holder for regions, specifically LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising the overall quality rate and enhancing brand perception in terms of design within the LATAM region.
They will ensure creative oversight and supervision of guidelines adherence within the region, maintaining a high level of brand consistency. Additionally, they will introduce and expand creative approaches to elevate the brand’s presence and impact across the region. Responsibilities
1. Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed. 2. A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising,
fine arts, or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant. 3. Successful completion (within inDrive) of a test task.
4. Owning design courses certificates is a plus. 5. Work experience in design studios / advertising agencies / global companies as a senior / principal designer for 3+ years. Qualifications
1. Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of LATAM region design work. 2. Control quality and raise its rate within the region. 3. Identify best practices and scale them.
4. Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with Team Lead on their implementation to global guidelines. 5. Develop a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials. 6. Build a brand image through visual communications within the region.
7. Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region. 8.
Develop master layouts for online and offline marketing activities. 9. Interact with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing on projects.
