Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Order Management:
- Monitor and respond to incoming order emails.
- Data Entry: Enter sales orders into our NetSuite system.
- Order Acknowledgment:
- Send order acknowledgments to customers.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Build truck loads weekly, request freight quotes, and coordinate with carriers and cold storage.
- Inventory Management:
- Enter lot allocations from Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Customer Service:
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Review claims for shortages and damages, gather necessary documentation,
and issue credits as approved.
- Financial Management:
- Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers.
- Accounts Receivable: Send weekly A/R reminders and past due notices.
- Sales Support:
- Sales Materials: Order sales materials as requested by the sales team.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate school shows and travel schedules.
- Team Support: Provide support to the sales team and attend weekly sales meetings.
- General Duties:
- Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails from our website.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
