Product Program Manager, CSS - Bogota Who we are AtCity Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for BetterFood. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online fooddelivery.

What you’ll do - Work alongside asoftware development team to track product delivery and productmaintenance tasks. - Create and maintain a published productroadmaps for teams;

ensuring clarity on the key objectives of eachproject (Note :





you will not be the product owner for the Roadmap,you will partner with the Product Manager to publish the teamteam’s roadmap in Jira) - Issue triage : assist in the assignmentand planning of appropriate resources for product maintenance,flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development.

Collaborate with teams to serve as the primary point of contactduring project life cycles to manage health, scope and facilitatefeedback sessions;

capturing customer experience and bringing theseinsights to the product development team. - Set up systems forstakeholders and teams to provide visibility into project workflow,delivery tracking and product documentation.

- Facilitate &lead; enablement sessions with cross-functional teams What we’relooking for - A minimum of 3 years handling a software product orservice - Customer obsessed - An advanced level of English isrequired for the position (written and verbal) - Experience instakeholder management as you will have constant interaction withmanagers and coworkers - Attention to detail,





proven organizationaland time-management skills - Ability to instill trust and influence- Growing market : You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’sprojected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.
