Responsibilities Conduct detailed real estate private equity analysis to support project deliverables.
Develop financial models and templates that can be scaled and reused.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to help inform investment decisions.
Create presentations and reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in real estate private equity analysis.
Expertise in building financial models and performing financial analysis.
Advanced Excel skills are a must.
Proficiency in PowerPoint (secondary requirement).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
