The ideal recruiter should be a highly motivated and detail-oriented person. The ideal candidate should excel in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for identifying potential candidates who align with the Client’s values and goals.
Note: This is not a customer service position, this is an administrative position to work for an office as part of their staff.Overview:
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, Tenstreet, etc), social media*, networking events*,
and candidate referrals.
Develop and maintain an organized talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. These will include but are not limited to Inbound and Outbound calls.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms*.
Review resumes and applications, conducting preliminary interviews and assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Manage background and reference checks.
Maintain documentation of associate work records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure current and complete personnel records for all candidates.
Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication,
timely updates, and a respectful and professional demeanor.
Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process continuously.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and conversion rates.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process*
Provide regular updates and reports to the Client and management on recruitment activities and progress*.
*If applicable and required by the Client.Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter,
