In this role, you will deliver across 5 key areas:CRM Vision & Strategy – Set an ambitious and clear product vision, strategy,





and roadmap for the Salesforce platform that is aligned and is in service of the sales and marketing teams strategy and needs.CRM Leadership & product lifecycle management - Working in partnership with DTS and regional commercial and CRM teams to drive the delivery of the CRM roadmap.
CRM solution consistency - drive towards one solution across regions to enable a more effective solution and enable quicker change.CRM Results and change management - Responsible for setting and maintaining a CRM roadmap that drives service business results and user adoption.Product Data Strategy – With data at the heart of CRM, ensure the platform can capture, understand, act, and learn from high-quality data to continuously improve product and business results.As the IFP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales & Marketing Product Manager, you bring your customer and product mindset to transform our B2B CRM solution – solving customer problems in a way that works for the business.
Delivering a forward-looking vision for IFP B2B CRM across the organization,





crafting innovative solutions through our Sales Force CRM platform to empower our sales & marketing organizations to deliver best-in-class customer experience and elevated business results.
Collaborate with commercial, service design local CRM, end users and technology partners to shape the CRM vision, develop and deliver the product roadmap and create organizational alignment through clearly established outcomes so that full value can be captured from the Sales Force Platform.

including 3+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem; experience implementing and enhancing Sales Force.Significant agile product delivery experience required with strong history of driving execution and delivering on business results.Experience with Business architecture, customer experience and design thinking required.Ability to understand business objectives and manage stakeholders cross-functionally.Team player and excellent collaborator who can communicate complex, technical ideas to stakeholders.Ability to flex between strategy and execution seamlessly and energized by a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.Proficient in defining well-thought-out epics and features with direct experience translating to user stories and acceptance criteria.A passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb customer experienceAdept with Agile, Lean Start Up, and Design Thinking; experience with testing methodologies and running POCs a plus.Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, and be able to tell a compelling story.Vendor management experience is a plus.Proven experience in data management and leveraging AI-ML to deliver actionable insights and guide decision making.Total BenefitsGreat support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions.
