Position: Customer Service Representative
Client's name: Nordstrom (Nordstrom es un retail de marcas de lujo de maquillajes, vestuario y joyas.)
Start date: 10/21/2024
Shift Schedule: Monday - Sunday 2 days off (Randomly chosen). 11:00am - 1:00am Availability (Cuentan con ruta)
Remuneration: COP 3.000.000 (1.950.000 compensation + 1.050.000 extra-legal allowance) + 162.000 transport allowance.

Job description:

They respond to all client communication via phone or chat and provide client support regarding account inquiries, service, programs/promotions and .com/Direct technical issues.
