RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides Jumpstart services.
2.
Provides Implementation advice and assistance.
3.
Provides Proactive Product Assistance.
4.
Provides Integration and Change Management assistance.
5.
Helps with Deployment Readiness and Planning.
6.
Provides Migration and Upgrade Assistance.
7.
Provides Solution Audits and Tune-Ups.
8.
Provides Health Check and Progress Reviews.
9.
Provides Incident Management and Escalation Support.
10.
Provides full onboarding program for new customer helpdesks and IT teams.
11.
Provides customized configuration support.
12.
Provides training and walkthroughs for the features and advancements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1.
Knowledge and experience of advanced Cisco security products like Firepower, AMP, and FTD is desired but not mandatory.
2.
Knowledge and experience of Cisco ACS & ISE is desired but not mandatory.
