Summary and Role Information: For this role, we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills. As a Business Processes Senior Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. The consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful SAP SuccessFactors & HCM implementation project: 1. In Explore and Realize phases, conduct interviews to understand business process design and provide recommendations to adhere to SAP
Best Practices and SAP standards. 2. Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase. 3. Support customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
4. Support business processes continuous improvement once customers are operating SAP SF. To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded, and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.
Experience: WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation experience is mandatory.
- Implementation experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including at least one SAP HCM module (e.g., Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management) and one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting Management).
- Configuration of SF integration Addon in SAP HCM.
- ABAP optimization in SAP HCM is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
- English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
