Summary & Role Information: For this role, we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills.
As a Business Processes Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. The consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful S/4HANA implementation project:
1. In Explore and Realize phases, the consultant will conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to adhere to SAP Best Practices and SAP standards. 2. Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase.
3. Support customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases. 4. Support business processes continuous improvement once customers are operating SAP S/4HANA. To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills.
You should also be creative, open-minded, and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details. WORK EXPERIENCE Experience in SAP Finance in core finance and controlling modules and other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, Consolidation, etc. Desirable experience in conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA; ABAP optimization and S/4HANA experience is a must.
Minimum 5 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory). English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory). Portuguese – Desirable, not mandatory.
