- Implement and configure the software according to specified requirements and following best practices.
- Installation and technical setup of the platform, either onsite at clients or through a remote connection.
- Run customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
- Work on configuration and customization of the software within the boundaries of the project plan and agreed functional requirements.
- Prepare material and provide product-related training to end-users and administrators.
- Proactively keep knowledge and skills up-to-date.
- Perform administrative tasks on-time, ensuring information is precise and complete.
- Prepare content and lead sessions to share knowledge and experiences.
- Contribute to delivering functional, technical, or project information to sales for commercial proposals.
- Support the success and growth of individual employees and the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of SQL language is preferred.
- Experience and strong interest in software implementation and process management is required.
- Experience within GRC, application functionality, technical IT subjects, and products is an advantage.
