Motion Graphics Designer
This hire will join as the third designer in the Brand, Digital & Content sub-team of Bizagi’s marketing function – collaborating with members of the team across the globe including the UK, US and Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop motion-based creative for digital marketing, social content and internal communications.
- Work closely with Design and Content team to develop animations and motion graphics.
- Concept and implement design ideas, producing compositions, storyboards, graphic concepts, and final deliverables.
- Edit videos bringing together different clips to create new videos for different formats and promotions (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).
- Play an important role in helping to drive and support our video marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong English language skills for international collaboration (B2) Mandatory
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic portfolio that showcases an understanding of brand expression through motion and refined sensibilities across motion disciplines.
- Proven command of design principles (layout, composition, color) and storytelling.
- Understanding brand identity to develop work that is 'on brand'.
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and animation.
- Design related degree (or equivalent).
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
