About the team
The Creative Lab team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications.
The team is formed by different kinds of profiles, such as art directors, designers, editors and copywriters, serving as creative consultants to inspire the advertising marketing to raise the bar of the creative content produced for TikTok.
This position will help a lot to engage, educate and inspire the market with best class examples, promoting relationships and opening opportunities with potential clients.
Responsibilities : - Plan, pitch and educate our advertisers and advertisement agencies.
Provide consultation to TikTok for Business clients on their creative strategy and ideation on the TikTok platform, contributing to the revenue growth of our business.
- Contribute to creating more best practices for our ad products through creating and presenting effective advertisement cases from our advertisers.
- Create and update the narratives that are used in external workshops and events for our advertisers and advertisement agencies, bringing fresh creative examples to inspire all kinds of audiences.
Minimum Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience as a copywriter, editor, graphic designer OR art director at a design company or advertisement agency- Strong interest in TikTok and other products by our company.
Share the common interest and motivation in using such products as marketing tool- Previous experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote- Has basic understanding of movie / video creative techniques using platforms like CapCut.
Can provide directions to video-formatted products- Can self-motivate yourself to learn new things and continuously improve yourself and the organization- Excellent communication skills and project management skill- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish at business-level
