Strategy and Project Manager Americas Apply Location: Colombia - Bogota Time Type: Full time Posted On: Posted 30+ Days Ago Job Requisition ID: JR0003444 The Strategy and Project Manager is responsible for aligning project management with business strategy execution and for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and/or processes.
Responsibilities Strategy Play a critical role in helping to analyze and evaluate internal business plans and providing a framework for assuring alignment and identifying gaps across various business areas. Help track competitive trends, develop forecasting models and scenarios analysis, examine strategic performance, spot emerging market opportunities, identify business threats,
look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans. Work with Sales & Operations team of each country and the rest of the Shared Service organization to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities, and obtain relevant information for business management.
Prepare and contribute to the Regional and each country budget, forecast, monthly sales comment, strategic business reviews, and other relevant business documents/presentations. Look for synergy in common initiatives and Sales & Operations activities in the Region (MKT & ADV, Sales training & incentives strategy and payback analysis, Value added proposals to clients & Governments, BI & CRM standardization, MCC 2.0, Kiosk/mobile monitoring and improvement, etc). Ensure group and sales strategies, policies, and applicable laws are fully respected.
Project Management Continuously improve, implement, and execute the Global Blue process, including project planning.
Support and help coordinate each local organization to ensure high-quality execution of one-time projects and/or process changes. Monitor project schedules, budgets, analysis, and log information.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, report, and hand over to the business. Undertake necessary business initiatives and work out decisions needed to achieve assigned objectives, to catch opportunities, minimize risk exposure, and improve the quality of the team organization. Regularly establish policies, procedures, and training material and secure up-to-date material.
