The Legal Sales Executive position requires you to have a strong work ethic, to take initiative, and to have attention to detail. The Legal Executive is the first contact and direct gatekeeper of providing our clients with the highest level of customer service. The position requires top performance and exemplary dedication towards sales, teamwork, and the Vergara Miller Law Firm’s mission of “changing people’s lives”.
Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent writing and speaking Spanish and English languages are required
- Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
