Bilingual Key Account Manager - Perishable Goods Sector
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager with advanced English proficiency (C1) to manage and expand our relationships with international clients in the perishable goods sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the sustainable growth of our goods portfolio in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients in the perishable goods industry, developing strong and strategic relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring effective and smooth communication.
- Identify growth opportunities in the sector, developing tailored strategies for each client to enhance the marketing of our products.
- Proactively resolve issues, acting as an advocate for the client within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, supply) to ensure the delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present performance reports, market analysis, and sales projections to senior management.
Requirements:
- Languages: Bilingual, with advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in key account management or international customer service, preferably in the perishable goods sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Knowledge of cost analysis, financial projections, and trends in the perishable goods market.
We Offer:
- Salary: $3,000,000.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with availability to work outside regular hours if necessary.
- Contract: Permanent, direct with the company, providing job stability.
- Location: Fontibón (On-site).
