Job Description Experian seeks a seasoned attorney with expertise in data protection and privacy to support the business through legal evaluation during the development of new products and the execution of existing ones. This role will help manage and implement legislative and regulatory projects that involve the business. This position has a regional scope (Spanish Latam). Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data protection and privacy policies and procedures.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on data protection and privacy matters to business stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in data protection and privacy laws and regulations, and ensure that the business is compliant.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- Experience in data protection and privacy.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English.
