Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Medellín, Antioquia
Type: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Type of Contract: Permanent

Job Description:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually impactful designs that effectively communicate the company’s messages and values to our audience. Working closely with the marketing team, you will develop a variety of design assets for digital platforms, including email templates, presentations, brochures, and event invitations. Additionally,





you will support the product team with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, contributing to informative product booklets and other key visual elements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team, content creators, and product team to understand design needs and develop creative visual solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with other designers and copywriters.
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for various digital platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, event invitations, presentations, brochures, and infographics.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages and values.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously enhance your skills and stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

- A degree in Graphic Design (or in the final years of study).






- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in other design software being a plus.
- Understanding of design trends related to brand identity, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
