Here's your challenge: As a Business Development Manager you'll be operating in one of the hottest industries.





You'll be working with our expert teams using state-of-the-art technologies and methods. What you'll be actively doing: You will be converting existing leads/partners into new business opportunities. You will manage and own a business development pipeline of new business opportunities which consistently delivers above-expected results. You will plan and prioritize sales activities and B2B relationships towards achieving agreed business goals. You will have regular performance management calls with partners. You will develop new B2B leads via market research, network events, social selling, marketing campaigns, and any other mode suitable for establishing new prospects. You will develop and manage trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure client relationship excellence and generate long-lasting partnerships. You will maintain and develop existing partner relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaisons, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.





You will communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to partners in a timely manner. You will provide input into the future sales vision including new markets, new products, new customers, and new ways of doing business. You will meet monthly and annual sales targets set together with management. You will identify opportunities in the market and monitor general developments of competition. You will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Here's how you get us excited: 2+ years of experience in selling investment solutions to Financial institutions, Institutional Clients, Wealth Management, Call Centres, Family Offices,





and/or private investors. Experience working in the financial sector and with institutional clients (Call Centres, Asset managers, Hedge Funds, Introducing brokers, Insurances companies, commercial banks, central banks, pension funds, wealth management, mutual funds, and family offices) A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline and close the deals. Proven experience in sales and strategic account management – providing solutions based on customer needs. Generally motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of time management. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Strong command of English. Additional languages will be an asset. Great communication and presentation skills.
