Scope of the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist,





you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent and placing them in roles that align with client needs. This position requires an individual experienced in managing multiple requisitions, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and building strong client relationships. Your focus will be on identifying global talent for a variety of industries and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.?

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across global markets.
- Manage multiple roles and client accounts simultaneously, ensuring quick and quality placements.

Proactive Sourcing:

- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry events to identify top global talent.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet ongoing and urgent client demands.

Client Collaboration:

- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and job specifications,





delivering recruitment solutions that fit.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies and market trends.

KPI Achievement:

- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, interview-to-hire ratios, and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to stay ahead of targets.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, preparing candidates for interviews, and guiding them through the offer stage.
- Negotiate job offers and contract terms, ensuring a win-win for both candidates and clients.

Global Recruitment Expertise:

- Source talent across regions and time zones,





understanding local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ensure compliance with international hiring practices, visas, and work permits, while meeting client-specific requirements.

Agency Environment:

- Thrive in a fast-paced, agency setting, managing multiple clients and industries.
- Adapt quickly to changing client needs and industry demands, maintaining a results-driven focus.

Requirements

- C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting focused on sourcing global talent. (Must Have)
- Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment for diverse clients and industries.
- Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards,





and modern recruitment technology. (Must Have)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for seamless interactions with clients and candidates.
- Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, placement rates, and profitability.
- Strong accountability and consistency in delivering results and reaching targets.
- Experience recruiting across international markets, with knowledge of labor laws, visa processes, and global hiring practices.
- Familiarity with the nuances of working with global candidates and compliance challenges in various regions.
- Recruitment experience across industries such as tech, finance, or marketing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)





and CRM tools. (Must Have)
